2 cups of white rice
2 1/2 cups of water
- Rinse well and make sure you remove any foreign matter.
- After the rice has been cleaned and rinsed put it in the pot that will be used with the pressure cooker.
- Add the water.
- Close the lid and make sure the regulator knob is set to “PRESSURE”.
- Set time on your pressure cooker for 5 minutes or press the “RICE” preset and adjust time to 5 minutes.
- The pressure cooker will start to heat up and cooking cycle will start as soon as it has reached pressure temperature.
- After the cooking cycle is over let the pressure drop before you release the steam.
